Fundraisers
Fundraising is a main way our League supports our Mission and Focus Area. Without the support of our community, the work we do in our area would not be possible. Our signature event, Designer Handbag Bingo, is held annually in late April/early May and is such a great time for everyone in attendance! During the previous league years, we've held a Throwback Prom cancer benefit and a Mardi Gras Sneaker Ball cancer benefit. The proceeds were donated to a local cancer patient and Venecia's Foundation. Our Little Black Dress event funded our Homeless Connect Project, and Junior League Anniston-Calhoun has also held several 5K events as fundraisers throughout the years.
